The RSL Way

Description

In 2020, RSL had a lot of disruptions including COVID-19, the ousting of owner Dell Loy Hansen, and allegations of misconduct against some of the most senior staff. To help right the organization and move forward, I worked with Tyler Gibbons, former RSL defender (now Assistant GM) Tony Beltran, and David Dryden to design a document that would show our values as an organization and show our expectations for all staff.

I built the page online which took the design of an interactive PDF and put it online. There is an art in translating PDFs to websites as graphics and layouts don’t work the same.

Currently, this project is on RSL.com, but it will be coming down due to changes in league website capabilities.
