REAL MEDIA
Vice President
Real Media is a full-service agency focused on sports and entertainment marketing. As Vice President, I research and develop new verticals in order to grow our customer base and scale our revenue.
General Manager
As General Manager I oversaw the day-to-day operations of our agency which completed over 300 requests each month. I was also in charge of the development of websites and other technologies.
Digital Project Manager
At the start of Real Media, we onboarded 15 clients in our first 6 months. I was in charge of all the digital assets and ensuring we had a process to effectively manage and maintain websites, social media, emails, and reporting.

Digital Content Manager
At RSL, I was in charge of the websites and social media. As such, I was the public voice of RSL and monitor of fan communication on social media. My time there included overseeing our involvement with the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brail, where we had two of our own players competing.
I built and maintained the club’s group of websites including RSL.com, RioTintoStadium.com, ESPN700Sports.com, and RSLCamps.com.
During my time with the club, I grew the digital presence to 2nd in the league out of 19 clubs (at the time).

SEO Strategist
Although my time was short, I made an impact by introducing a new product and concept at the time: Inbound SEO. Instead of techniques that are now considered “black-hat,” I developed an inbound SEO product based on content and incentives to drive potential customers to sites.
2010
JETBLUE AIRWAYS
Bilingual Reservations Agent
I received cold, inbound calls to create, modify, and direct flight reservations. I mostly dealt with Spanish-speaking customers from the US and all over Latin America.
Even though I was just a part-time employee I averaged over 200 calls per week with the lowest support team help. This included having the highest percentage of call-to-work time ratio.
My favorite memory was taking a call from Chris Pine and joking with him that he had the same name as the famous actor. When he gave me his date of birth for the reservation, I realized it really was him. Don’t worry, I played it cool.
